He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence B. Horn and Elsie Aileene Van Horn (Haddox); and his brother Ezra Allen Van Horn of Williamstown, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Janet Van Horn (Nesbitt); his daughter Kelly Christina Van Horn; his siblings, David Van Horn (Suzie) of Williamstown, WV, Sheila Shoen (Dan) of Hanover, PA and Linda Canfield (Mike) of Marietta, OH; and his sister-in-law Karen Van Horn of Williamstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to his favorite charity St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
