He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence R. Chichester and Selma Ruth Chichester (Devol); and his sister Doris I. Ingram. He is survived by : his wife Judith Chichester (Cumberledge); and his children, Robert D. Chichester of Walker, WV, David D. Chichester (Traci) of Lowell, OH, Dianna B. Bobier (Jeff) of Denver, NC and Steven D. Chichester (Katherine) of Lowell, OH. He is also survived by five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Crossroads United Methodist Church.
