It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Farnsworth of Williamstown, West Virginia, who passed away on May 20, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Warren Farnsworth and Dorthy DeGoines Farnsworth; and his son Shawn Farnsworth. He is survived by : his wife Charlene Umpleby Farnsworth; his daughters, Sara Farnsworth Williams (Josh) and Renee Lewis; his grandchildren, Christopher (Ambriana), Cody Farnsworth, Kenzie, Kaden Williams and Adaline Lewis; and his great grandchild Warren L. Farnsworth.
