He was predeceased by : his parents, Jasper Stavely and Etta Belle Lyons; his son Anthony Thomas (Tony); and his siblings, Virginia Asbury (Toots), Joy Wolfe, Barbara Elizabeth Lyons, Peg Lyke, Shirley Miller, Robert Lyons and Richard Lyons (Tom).

He is survived by : his granddaughter Sheryl Lyons of Parkersburg, WV; his children, Chris, Jonathan, Jordan Lyons, Shanna (Lyons), Tom Parker of Long Bottom, OH, John, Jacob Parker, Cody, Lillian Lyons of Williamstown, WV, Makaela, Kadence, Lainey and Cayson Lyons; and his sister Mary Kay Staats of Ravenswood, WV.. He is also survived by three children and spouses.
