He is survived by: his parents, Billy Dean Max and Kathleen "Kathy" Max (Seng) of Windsor Heights, WV.; his brothers, Kevin Max (Alissa) of Follansbee, WV and Michael Max (Emilee) of Moundsville, WV; his nephews, Ethan, Jackson and Brycen Max; and his grandmother Joanne Seng (Loy) of Avella, PA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home (1030 Main St, Wellsburg, WV 26070). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
