She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Chapman, Sherri Adams (Scott) and Lana Hofeldt (Matt); her grandsons, Keith Chapman (Missy) and Brad Chapman (Jessie); her great grandchildren, Landon, Cole, Harper and Paisley; and her close friend Wanda Thevenin.
