He was predeceased by: his father Otis Wells. He is survived by: his mother Arlene Joyce Wells; his wife Bonnie L. Wells; his children, Brent Wells (Tabitha) of Barbourville, KY, Stacy Taylor (Mike) of Winfield and Christian Wells (Kristen) of Winfield; his grandchildren, Dr. Tanner Wells (Caleigh), Abigail Taylor, Brody Wells, Caden Taylor, Emerson Wells and Case Wells; his great grandchild Beau Wells; and his brother Roger Wells (Sherry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
