She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Calvert and Opal Calvert; her siblings, Elizabeth Petry Cottrill and Bill Calvert; and her son-in-law Rick Burka.

She is survived by: her husband Jerald Ray Knapp; her sister Nancy Barber (Dick); her sisters-in-law, Nancy Justice (Richard), Sonja Knapp and Connie Alderman; her daughter Pam Burka; her grandchildren, Joshua Burka (Sabrina) and Mallory Burka-Stanley (Jacob); her great grandchild Monroe; her son Leon (Barb); her grandchildren, Christopher (Kaylee), Kara Hall (Tyler) and Caleb; Elle, Kerri Kaiser (David), Rachel, Alex (Claire), Nora and Ivy. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
