She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Petry and Bertha Shears Petry of Winifrede; her husband James Leonard O'Neal; and her siblings, Marge Massey, Lloyd Jr. and William E. "Bill" Petry.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Armstrong (James), Diana Staley (Gene), David O'Neal (LouAnn), Dale O'Neal (Sheila), James Joel O'Neal and Lloyd O'Neal; and her sister Gloria Ann Stine (Jimmy). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren.
