He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Jean Wade; his parents, Emmitt Wade and Erma Alford Wade; and his brothers, Ricky, Bobby and Bill Wade.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mitzi Chadwick (Jerry) and Jessica Jarrell (Frank); his grandchildren, Jedidiah Davis, Jasmine Davis, Jewelia Jarrell, Malachi Jarrell, Alixzandria Jarrell and Joy Jarrell; and his siblings, Dale Wade (Frances), Joe Wade (Jeannie) and Janice Fore.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Curry Funeral Home (2097 Childress Rd, Alum Creek, WV 25003). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
