Glenn A. Bland Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn A. Bland of Yellow Spring, West Virginia, who passed away on October 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glenn A. Bland to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton M. Bland and Lelia Brill Bland; and his siblings, Elma V. Orndorff, Nina L. Bland and James W. "Mike" Bland.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn LaFollette Bland; his daughters, Cherlyn Bland and Angelica Bland (Shawn Metty); his grandchildren, Cara, Jared Bland, Allison and Kristen Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Chevelle Morgan, Paisley Love and Bailie Fay.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Giffin Funeral Home & Crematory (2807 Northwestern Turnpike, Capon Bridge, WV 26711). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hebron Cemetery (10851 Carpers Pike, Yellow Spring, WV 26865).
