He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Henderson of Bar Nunn, WY; his partner's children, Lynn, Dale and Karen; his children, David Ortiz Jr. (Deborah Marie) of Tucson, AZ and Delia Rosa Ortiz (Christopher Michael Warren); and his grandchildren, Erik David Ortiz (Laura), Elena Marie Ortiz (Travis Revicki), Jamie Michael Ortiz and Dustin Ortiz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
