We are sad to announce that on October 7, 2023, at the age of 66, Joan Mitchell of Big Piney, Wyoming passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Snyder and Renee Snyder (Averett); her husband Gordon Mitchell; and her siblings, Bill Snyder and Judy Fowler.
She is survived by : her brothers, Ron (Brenda), Russell (Donna), Kent (Doreen), Rick and Reed (Anna); her sons, Brian Knotts (Brittany) and Casey Knotts (Amy); her grandchildren, Zachary and Brooklynn Maxam; and her sons, Charlie, Keslie and Tylynn Knotts.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Sublette County Health Foundation (online or mail checks to PO Box 627, Pinedale, WY 82941) in memory of Joan Mitchell.
