She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel and Leanora Dorthea Picerno; and her brothers, Jimmy and Frankie. She is survived by: her husband Oliver "Vern" Palmer; her children, James C. Palmer (Jennifer) of Riverside, California, Michael A. Palmer (Elizabeth) of Dallas, Texas, Douglas V. Palmer of Big Piney, Wyoming and Tammy K. Florquist (Kraig) of Lander, Wyoming.; her grandchildren, Madyson Palmer, H H (Marshall), Jace Florquist and Joel Florquist (Becky); and her great grandchildren, Malachi, Hezekiah and Zipporah Hiner.
