With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Manning of Big Piney, Wyoming, born in Kemmerer, Wyoming, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ralph Manning and Jacqueline Manning; and his stepdaughter Crystal Espinoza. He is survived by : his wife Becky Manning of Pinedale; his daughter Stevie Phillips (John Wesley) of Moorcroft; his stepchildren, Josh Cooper (Danielle) of Pinedale, Ashley Griggs (Kirk) of Pinedale and John Cooper of Rio Del; his brothers, Benjamin Manning (Sharon) of Burbank and Keith Manning (Talli) of Pinedale; his grandchildren, Jackson Phillips and Kellie Phillips; and his stepgrandchildren, JD Cooper, LJ Cooper, Caleb Griggs and Hannah Griggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
