He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Loughan and Helen Loughan; his sister Bonnie Loughan; and his great grandchild Travis Graff. He is survived by: his wife Karen Loughan of Sheridan; his children, Penny Corbett (Jeff) of Buffalo, April Bocek (Wayne) of Sheridan and Robert Loughan (Mandi) of Casper; his stepson Ian Lydic of Sheridan; and his sister Penny Reece (Jim) of Brookings, Oregon. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
