He is survived by: his parents, Cameron Spade and Caitlan Spade of Sheridan; and his grandparents, Gary Spade, Perri Stohrer of Buffalo, Jonna Gunsolley and Burr Nimick. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
