With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John William Hockett of Buffalo, Wyoming, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As John William departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though John William may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy John William leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Hockett and Marie Hockett. He is survived by: his wife Helen Odegard; and his children, Kristy Bryan (Tim) and Dustin (Linda). He is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
