He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Frank and Gladys Frank (Turpin). He is survived by: his wife Evelyn of Carpenter; and his children, Mary Brenner (Richard) of Rapid City, Debbie See (Arlo) of Casper, Wyoming, Garry Frank (Cindy) of Casper, Wyoming and Cindy Barnett (Brit) of Arvada, Colorado. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, and ten great-great grandchildren.
