He was predeceased by: his parents, Effus Bolles and Cleo Bolles; his sisters, Beverly Kennedy and Bonnie Miller; his brother-in-law Merle Kennedy; and his in-laws, Charles and Margaret Duke.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Myrlu Duke of Casper; his pet Dudley; his daughters, Kristin (Pat Stoner) and Kimberly (Kyle Mills); his grandchildren, Kobe of Casper and Kade Stoner of Casper; his brother Bill Bolles of Des Moines, Iowa; and his nephews, Rod Kennedy (Tracey) of Casper, Dan (Michelle) and Brian (Jennifer Sawyer) of Colorado. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
