She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Nielsen and Finley Nielsen; her parents-in-law, Velda Phegley and Dow Phegley; and her siblings-in-law, Faye Nielsen, Cindy Phegley and Danny Phegley.

She is survived by: her husband Robert Phegley (Bob) of Casper; her children, Michelle Glover (George) of Casper, Tracy Phegley (Julie Webb) of Casper and Lori White Eagle (Perry) of Casper; her grandchildren, Sean Glover (Shanna) of Casper, Noah White Eagle of Casper, Carson White Eagle of Casper, Ella White Eagle of Casper, Ash Webb of Oregon and Stacey Webb of Casper; and her siblings, Roger Nielsen of Green River, Jim Nielsen (Carol) of Casper, Dale Nielsen of North Carolina, Ellen Jacobson (Tom) of Green River, Karen Nielsen of Fort Collins and Kurt Nielsen of Casper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
