We are sad to announce that, on November 26, 2021, at the age of 70, Carolyn Winburn (Casper, Wyoming) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her former husband Phillip Winburn; her sons, Mike (Cody) of Casper and Bruce (Susan) of Laramie; her husband Phil; her granddaughter Stephiane of Casper; and her brothers, David, Ralph of Arizona and Vern of Casper.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Casper Humane Society.
