He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Dutch" Hoyer (Dutch) and Kathryn Thompson (Hart). He is survived by: his son Kyle Hoyer; and his sisters, Gloria Thoeny and Kathy Lenz (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
