He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Holbrook Sr. and Cora (Richard Innes); and his nephew Andrew Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Bertha; his children, Eric (Tina), Michael (Stephanie), Stephen (Britney), Megan and Sierra; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Anthony, Taylor, Michael, Jadyn, Torey, Danika, Khloe, Stephen, Sawyer and Kairo; and his great grandchild Astoria.
