She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Maupin and Genevieve Maupin; her brother Larry Maupin; her sister-in-law Kim Maupin; and her parents-in-law, Darlene and John Chladek.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Chladek; her daughters, Kelly Perez (Ernesto) and Aimee Sanford (Rob) of Casper; her grandchildren, Christopher Walsh Michael Sanford (Megan), Morgan Sanford (Zach), Halen Peterson, Marcus Sanford and Michael Perez; and her great grandchildren, Becklynn Becker and Kimber Walsh.
