She was predeceased by : her parents, Ellen Louise McCullah (Phelan) and Ed; and her grandson Evan Michael Stanley. She is survived by : her nephew Dean Mondy; her husband John Lacy; her children, John Jr., Jason (Bernadette), Joseph (Susie), Jess (Erron) and Julie (Shawn); her grandchildren, Savannah, Kenneth, Matthew, Emma, Megan, Charlie, Katherine, Luke, Katie Joy, Emily, Daniel, Abigail, Lily and Nanette; her sister Suzy; her uncle Jack Phelan; and her sister-in-law Doris Collins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and multiple extended families.
