He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cowan and Ruth Cowan (Jolley); his former wife Sue Cowan; and his daughter Annette Jensen. He is survived by: his wife Susan Cowan; his son Russell Cowan (Carola); his grandsons, Duncan and Lukas Cowan; his son-in-law Jeff Jensen; and his brother-in-law Dale Launspach.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (710 E 2nd St, Casper, WY 82601).
