He was predeceased by: his father Jerre. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sons, Cory (Nikki) and Benjamin (Elly); his mother Shirley; and his sisters, Cheryl, Cathy (Dan) and Connie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
