He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Allan and Frances "Garney" Allan; and his children, April Ann Allan and Mark Kendal Allan. He is survived by: his daughter Jody Halferty; his son-in-law Dan Halferty of Casper, Wyoming; his sister Donna Shelton; his brother-in-law Dean Shelton; his nephews, Kevin Shelton and Bryan Shelton; and his niece Hailee Shelton.
Prior to Covid, he attended a weekly Bible study at St. John's, he truly cherished his fellow believers and always admired their ability to help him understand the Bible.
