He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Trever Bolger of Casper, WY, Toni Smith of Casper, WY and Trent Bolger; his daughter-in-law Katrina Bolger of Helena, MT; his grandchildren, Isaac, Eleanor (Nora) and Alora; and his sisters, Connie Harvell and Mindy Carter of Casper. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
