He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bush and Opal Bush; his siblings, Jim and Janet; and his granddaughter Rachael Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa; his children, Timothy (Gretchen), Todd and Tracie Ortiz; his sister Ruth Jones; and his grandchildren, Mia Ortiz, TJ Bush, Diego Ortiz, Vincent Ortiz, Misty Bush Kneivel and Kaitlyn Dooling.
