He is survived by: his sons, Eric G. Ellingson-Avis (Jackie Avis) and Harold; his grandchildren, Kailey James, Lavanda and Olivia Ray; his niece Misty Roberts; his nephews, David and Mark Lee; his siblings, Judith Cavanaugh, Michael Ellingson, Steven Ellingson and Dawn Willis; and his significant other Jackie Willoughby.
