He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Weinrich and Lorene Weinrich; his brothers, Bobby Weinrich and Tommy Weinrich (Julie); and the mother of his children Julia Weinrich-VanDerWilt.

He is survived by: his children, J. R. Weinrich (Suzanne) of Chino Valley, AZ and Tina Hunsicker (John) of Casper, Wyoming.; his grandchildren, K. C. (Shaelynn), Lane, Brad (Mary), Kyle, Erin, Brittney (Michael), Cody, Jordin (Cody), Brynne (Conn) and Madison; and his brother David Weinrich. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
