He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Ann Andrews and Hartley Raymond Fischer; and his pet Lord Chippy. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sisters, Linda Hernandez (Mark) and Carrie DeWitt; his children, Joey II, Devin and Khristyan; and his granddaughters, Lily Kay, Kassandra Nicole and BrennaLynn Mae. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
