He was predeceased by: his parents, John Asa Mills and Gladys Lizzetty Hallsted; his siblings, Opal Lavange Mills, Deloris Jean Mills Clutter (Albert) and Nyle David Mills (Mary); his son Jimmy Pearson (Debbie); and his grandson Thomas Mills.
He is survived by: his former wife Carol Delores Brooks; his children, Tina Maria Clark (Timothy), Julie Lynn Carpenter (Scott), Wanda May Crabtree and Timothy Allen Mills; his grandchildren, Austin Haman, Amanda "Mandah" Kemp, Braden Carpenter (Chrissy), Morgan Gall, Savannah Molloy Carter (McKay), Gage Carpenter, Noah Molloy, Amber Carpenter and Zuriel Crabtree; and his great grandchildren, LeLainna, Adrian, Braysin, Nova, Maven and Neil.
Viewing will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (400 Country Club Rd, Casper, WY 82609). A rosary will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
