He is survived by: his sister Linda Thomas Grote (Phil) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; his children, Jeff Thomas (Margaret) and Susan Foery (Jason); and his grandchildren, Martin Thomas Foery of Casper, Wyoming. and Shelby Rose Foery of Casper, Wyoming..
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:15 AM at the Calendar Bustard and Jacoby Funeral Home (600 CY Ave, Casper, WY 82601). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
