We bid farewell to Judy A. Young (Casper, Wyoming), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 22, 2025 at the age of 74. Judy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Delmar and Pauline Jordan Rowland of Tennessee; her children, Sara Kay Young Nettles and Grant David Nettles; and her brother Jerry Rowland.
