She was predeceased by: her parents, Waymond Clement Rohrer and Luella Maxine Rohrer; her brother Waymond Douglas; and her children, Allison Marie and Eric Gene.
She is survived by: her husband Randy; her sister Jo Beth (Steven Haack); her sons, Michael (Jayme), Jared (Tami), Joshua and Benjamin; and her grandchildren, Lindsey (Timothy Winckler), Breanna, Bailey (Talen Markovich), Hayden, Tesla, Luke and Hannah. She is also survived by great grandchildren, and many cousins.
Kathy loved flowers, but in lieu of them the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Wyoming Hero's Fund and True Care of Casper.
