It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leola Val Sheldon of Casper, Wyoming, born in Thermopolis, Wyoming, who passed away on October 12, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Orpha Reimann (Meeks) and Leo Reimann; her former husbands, Chancey Merrill and Lee Sheldon; her daughter Cheryl Grove; and her stepson Martin Sheldon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Burnett of Cedaredge Co and Debbie Moran (Don) of Billings, MT; her stepchildren, Susan Russell (Jim) of Casper, WY and Dennis Sheldon (Marilynn) of Pinedale, WY.; and her grandchildren, Donna Cullins, Mark Enders (Kaylie), Rick Burnette, Jami Burnette (Ralph), Monty Moran (Jen), Brad Moran (Jill), Jennifer Mihalko (Mitch), Monica Sisco-Ward, Ian Sisco (Michelena), Kyle Sisco (Christine), Christopher Sheldon, Matthew Sheldon, Jeromie Sheldon (Ann Marie), Brent Sheldon (Rochelle) and Amy Sheldon. She is also survived by numerous cousins, great/great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
