It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marguerite S. Phillips in Casper, Wyoming, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Victor Wirtz; and her siblings, Kathleen Trudeau, Sally McClellan, William Milligan, Michael Milligan and Patrick Milligan.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Phillips of Casper; her son Scott Wirtz of Casper; her grandchildren, Cameron Wirtz of Colorado, Payton of Casper and Cole Wirtz of Casper; her siblings, Timothy Milligan (Sue) of Wisconsin and Barbara Milligan of Wisconsin; and her siblings-in-law, Daniel Trudeau (Jeanie) of Minnesota, Kathleen Milligan of Minnesota and Linda Milligan of New Jersey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
