He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Lockard and Maxine Lockard. He is survived by: his wife Lea Lockard; his sisters, Victoria, Sharon and Pattie; his children, Michelle, Kristi, Taylor, Shanna and Michael; his granddaughter Faith; his niece Laney Brandt; his former wife Sheryl Lockard; and his adoptive mother Darlene Klammer. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
