We bid farewell to Phoebe Ann Bollin of Casper, Wyoming, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 31, 2024 at the age of 73. Phoebe Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Virgil Woodell. She is survived by: her brothers, Randy, Will and Tony; her mother Laquita Woodell; her brother Jerry; her husband Ken Bollin; her daughter Heather (Bobby Garner); her grandchildren, Tim, Ally, Katie, Olen and Cruz; and her great grandchildren, Josie, Orin and Opal. She is also survived by her mother; her brothers; her nieces and nephews.
