With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Snodgrass (Casper, Wyoming), who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George William Snodgrass (Bill); her son Mike; her siblings, Gary Propp (Lee Propp) and Emily Singer; and her son-in-law Rod Stalkup.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Stalkup of Casper, WY and George William Snodgrass Jr. (Billy); her grandchildren, Emmy Jenson, Brent Stalkup, Kyle Stalkup, Matlynn Snodgrass and Augusta Snodgrass; and her sister Linda Galloway.
The family requests that memorials in her honor be made to Jason's Friends Foundation.
