She is survived by: her father Daniel Butcher (Joyce) of Fort Collins, CO.; her daughters, Marie and Emily Walters of Casper; her brother Sean Butcher of Palm Springs, CA.; her stepsiblings, Luke Gooder (Stephanie) of Casper and Andrea Gooder (Cody) of Omaha, NE.; her siblings' children, Aiden, Blake Gooder of Casper, Sebastian Yesel of Omaha, NE. and Guinevere; her close friend Robin Keeling (Trenton) of Farmington, NM.; and her brother Brett Butcher.
Memorial donations in Rachel's honor may be made to Mount Hope Lutheran School or Central Wyoming Hospice and Transitions.
