He is survived by : his siblings, Wayland Ballard, Arla Jean Roberts, Kathleen Thorson of Casper, WY, Donald Ballard (Carol) of Jacksonville, FL, Fay Losee (Jack) of Jacksonville, FL, Kay Ballard of Mesa, AZ and Gary Ballard (Linda) of Stanford, KY.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
