He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Stoner and Neva Stoner; his son Tom; and his sister Arlene Addison. He is survived by: his wife Joan Spethman of Casper; his pet Reno; his children, Joyce, Connie Meiers (Tom), Pat Stoner (Kristin) and Hoe; his grandchildren, Bruce Stoner, Amy Custis, RayTom, JW Meiers, Kobe and Kade Stoner; and his great grandchildren, Dante' of Casper and Aleyna Stoner of Casper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Veteran's Administration (VA).
