It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R Holcombe of Casper, Wyoming, born in Sheridan, Wyoming, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his close friend Dixie Meadows; his children, Edward, Brenda Neether, Christine Reid and Sharon Herrman; his son-in-law Dale Herrman; and his nieces, Elaine Andrews and Patricia Rincon. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.
