Though Richard has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Turner and Joan Barth Turner. He is survived by: his sister Jean Solomon; his significant other Sara Saulcy; and his pets, Ada and Grace.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cottonwood Pavilion (8700 US-20, Evansville, WY 82636). There was no computer or mechanical doodad he couldn't crack, and his 3D printer was the source of many timely and innovative designs (including instrument stands and mouth shields specially designed for flutists during the COVID-19 Pandemic).
Memorial donations may be made to the Wyoming Symphony Orchestra.
