He was predeceased by: his parents, Erna Howell and Donnie Howell. He is survived by: his children, Regina Shatwell (Jon), Marcus Howell (Crystal) and Brandon Howell (Davey); and his brother Alan Howell (Judy). He is also survived by grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
