Lewis; his daughters, Tonya (Shawn), Jaycee Dickeson, Tracy (Brad) and Morgan Moller; and his siblings, Sam Pierce (Robin) and Barb Rosane (Doug). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
